How long does the course take?

This is a self-paced course designed to fit your life. Each practice takes between 2-10 minutes. You can work through all 10 practices in a weekend or spread them out over several weeks.​​​​

Do I need any special equipment?

What if I have physical limitations?

No! All you need is yourself. Some practices use music (playlists provided), but everything can be adapted to work wherever you are.

Every practice includes modifications and can be adapted to your physical abilities and comfort level. The guidebook provides alternatives for different mobility levels.

I'm new to mindfulness. Will this work for me?

Absolutely! These practices are designed for people at any stage of their mindfulness or mental health journey. Clear instructions and video demonstrations make everything easy to follow.

What if a practice doesn't feel right for me?

That's completely okay and expected! The whole point is to try different practices and discover what resonates with your nervous system. There's no pressure to do all of them.
